Return Policy for Preston Lane Boutique: 


We at Preston Lane Boutique want you to love every item you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
Sale items, final clearance items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Carefully package your items, including the return form or receipt. Use the original packaging if possible. Please refer to the address on the back of the packing slip. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible or within 3 days at prestonlaneboutique@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order details. We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
